Now! Charity Group! offers low cost furniture, white goods and the opportunity to have training to learn employability skills from our centres in Eastbourne, Hailsham and Lewes in East Sussex.
Our dedicated team is made up of many volunteers and we are proud to have them at Now! Charity Group – one of Eastbourne’s charities. Meet our team below:
Petrina Mayson – CEO
Trina became the Chief Executive of Now! Charity Group Ltd in February 2013. She works in partnership to ensure the charity supports as many local people as possible. She leads on strategy, fundraising, finance, new service development and the Training Now! brand. She was Mentor of the Year in the Sussex Business Awards 2014, and Lifetime Achiever for the South East in the Venus awards 2014.
Kevin Bottrell – Deputy CEO
Kevin joined the Now! Charity Group Ltd in January 2016. He leads on the operational side of the business with responsibility for HR, Health and Safety, quality standards, customer service, premises management and the work of the Furniture Now! brand.
Sophie Stretton – Senior Management Assistant
Sophie joined the Now! Charity Group in 2014 as an apprentice and after successfully completing this became our full time training co-ordinator. Whilst Sophie was in her role as training co-ordinator she completed a Level 3 diploma in management and has now taken on the role of Senior Management Assistant.
Amanda Wilkinson – Finance Officer.
I work at the Lewes office and Administer the accounts for the whole organisation. I have worked at the Lewes office for 9 years and have seen many changes in my time.
Tracey Hussey – Finance Assistant
I joined Now! Charity Group at the beginning of June 2016 and I work 2 days per week at the Lewes office and assist the Finance Officer.
