I am the Owner/Director of the HR Dept Eastbourne and a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. Working in Human Resources for over 15 years, advising on people management issues and problems, I have always been interested in helping and supporting individuals in the workplace to achieve their full potential. I have worked in the public and community sectors in finance roles all of my working life. I came across the charity through my work with East Sussex Credit Union, and was impressed with its mission and vision. I aim to offer my experience and skills to make a positive difference to the way the charity manages its finances.
Having founded Lodge Group in 2000 and prior to that working in senior management positions in inner city Local Authority’s in London my career has been spent working with difficult to reach and engage vulnerable groups including homelessness, 16/17 year old care leavers, NEET young people, children and adults with Learning Disabilities and more. It was an easy decision for me to make when invited onto the Board of Trustees at Now Charity Group to bring my experience in supporting them with the fantastic work they do in reaching out to the people of East Sussex
