Saturday Shop Assistant - Lewes BN7

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the shop. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has a passion for retail.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £10.70/hour

Part-time: 8 hours/week

working pattern: Every Saturday

Duties:
- Assist customers in finding products and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Open and close the shop

-Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
